Payment
Are your prices listed in international currencies?
We list our prices in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options at our shop, including:

DuitNow QR
S Pay Global
Important: If you make a payment outside of our shop, please notify us. Please provide a copy of the original payment receipt for your orders via WhatsApp or Messenger as a reference.
Do you offer a zero-interest instalment plan for credit cardholders?
For our customers with a minimum purchase of RM500 for eyewear, we provide six or twelve months of zero-interest instalment plans. Maybank, Public Bank, and AmBank credit cardholders can now use this facility.
Online Payment
How can I make payments without visiting the shop?
You can easily select your preferred online payment method by completing our Requesting Online Payment for Invoice form on our website.
How do you ensure the security of online transactions?
We do not operate our own payment processing systems. Instead, we partner with trusted, established payment service providers who specialise in secure transaction processing. These providers use industry‑standard encryption and security measures to safeguard your payment information, ensuring that your online transactions with us are safe and worry‑free.
What should I do if I make a payment outside of the shop?
Please notify us immediately and provide a copy of the original payment receipt via our online form to ensure smooth processing of your order. You may also send your payment confirmation via WhatsApp or Messenger.
Vouchers and Promotions
Do you give discounts to seniors?
Yes, we provide a 50% discount to Sarawak seniors aged 60 years or older with the Kenyalang Gold Card. Terms and conditions apply.
Could you refer a friend?
The referral program will be available soon! Stay tuned for updates.
Do you sell discount vouchers?
You can purchase a discount voucher or a coupon soon. We will announce the availability of vouchers through our Updates Portal and social media channels.
