Standard Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. General Eligibility

- Valid only at participating Guan Ho Leong Optical outlets
- Must present physical/digital voucher at purchase
- Non-transferable unless stated otherwise

2. Redemption Period

- Valid until date printed on voucher
- No extensions except at Guan Ho Leong Optical's discretion
- Must redeem during business hours

3. Usage Limitations

- One voucher per transaction (unless specified)
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Minimum spend requirements apply where stated

4. Product Exclusions

- Not valid for contact lens purchases
- Excludes premium lens coatings (e.g., blue light, transitions)
- Cannot be used for service fees or repairs

5. Refund & Cancellation

- Voucher value deducted from refund amounts
- Partially used vouchers become void
- No cash alternatives

6. Non-Redeemable Cases

- Expired vouchers
- Altered or duplicated vouchers
- During festive season promotions (Hari Raya, CNY, Christmas)

7. Liability

- Guan Ho Leong Optical not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers
- Vouchers void if damaged beyond recognition
- Subject to stock availability

8. Policy Amendments

- Guan Ho Leong Optical reserves the right to modify terms
- Changes effective immediately upon website update
- Prevailing terms at time of redemption apply
