Standard Voucher Terms & Conditions

Valid only at participating Guan Ho Leong Optical outlets.
Must present physical or digital voucher at the time of purchase.
Non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Vouchers are for single-use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.

Valid until the date printed on the voucher.
No extensions will be granted except at Guan Ho Leong Optical's sole discretion.
Must be redeemed during regular business hours.
Vouchers not redeemed by the expiry date will be automatically voided.

One voucher per transaction, unless otherwise specified on the voucher.
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers.
Minimum spend requirements apply where stated on the voucher.
Voucher must be used in a single transaction; any unused balance will be forfeited.

The following items and services are not eligible for voucher redemption:

Contact lens purchases.
Premium lens coatings (e.g., blue light filter, Transitions®, anti‑reflective coatings).
Service fees, repairs, or adjustments.
Prescription sunglasses (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).
Promotional bundles or sale items (unless expressly permitted).

If a purchase made with a voucher is refunded, the voucher value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Partially used vouchers become void and cannot be reused.
No cash alternatives or credit will be offered in lieu of the voucher value.
Vouchers are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.

Vouchers will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Expired vouchers.
Altered, duplicated, or tampered vouchers.
During festive season promotions (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas) unless expressly permitted.
Where the voucher has been reported lost or stolen.
Where the voucher is damaged beyond recognition.

Guan Ho Leong Optical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Vouchers will be void if damaged beyond recognition.
All redemptions are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse redemption if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised duplication.

Guan Ho Leong Optical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
The prevailing terms at the time of redemption shall apply.

These Voucher Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
